75E+W+SIn section 177 of that Act (impersonation of, or of person employed by, authorised examiner) after the words “a person authorised” there shall be inserted the words “ in accordance with regulations made under section 41 of this Act with respect to the checking and sealing of speed limiters or a person authorised ”.
