Citation, commencement, extent and revocation
1.—(1) These Regulations may be cited as the Motorways Traffic (Scotland) Regulations 1995 and shall come into force on 23rd October 1995.
(2) These Regulations shall extend to Scotland only.
(3) The Motorways Traffic (Scotland) Regulations 1964(1) and the Motorways Traffic (Scotland) (Amendment) Regulations 1968(2) are hereby revoked.
