Section 44 (appeals in connection with licensing provisions in the relevant statutory provisions) is amended as follows.

In subsection (1), omit “(other than nuclear site licences)”.
(3)
In subsection (7)—
(a)
in paragraph (a) omit “other than a nuclear site licence”;
(b)
omit paragraph (b).
(4)
Omit subsection (8).
